Winchester Pgm Starting Time Change to 11:00am

Winchester/NRA Qualification Program now starts at 11:00.

Ending time remains 1:30pm (to be ready for public hours at 2:00pm).

Thanks to the Tournament Team, Dean and Pam for making the extra hour available to our program.
